Delete your Card Vault account
You can delete your Nuclear Pharmhouse Card Vault account and its data at any time, with or without the app installed.
Delete it yourself (fastest)
- Open Card Vault on the web:
Open Card Vault - Sign in with the same email you use in the app. If you’ve forgotten your password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
- Open ⚙️ Settings and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with your password (or type DELETE if you signed in with Google).
Your account and data are deleted right away.
Or ask us to delete it
Email nuclearpharmhousecardvault@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Card Vault account”. We’ll delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email address and sign-in)
- Your collection: quantities, values, notes, wish list and cards you added
- Your settings, and your trade listing and contact details
- Trade requests that aren’t finished
What’s kept
- Finished trades stay in the other trader’s history, with your name, contact details and note removed.
- Issue reports and card requests you sent are kept so the catalog can be corrected. Ask in your email and we’ll delete these too, within 30 days.
